Ivan Gu
More than 20 years of hands-on construction experience, a background that began in the skilled trades and grew into estimating, project management and residential construction. Plumbing and gas fitting, construction estimating, builder licensing, on-site problem solving: a practical understanding of how homes are designed, budgeted and built. Ivan stays closely involved from early planning through completion, and serves on the HAVAN Home Builder & Renovator Council.

Katrina Urchuk
Katrina leads project coordination, operations and client communication, guiding projects from early feasibility through construction and completion. Consultant coordination, contracts, scheduling, budgeting and the day-to-day client experience, supported by formal training in construction and project management. Active in the HAVAN Women's Council and the HAVAN Home Builder & Renovator Council.

Jeffrey Jensen
Jeff supports the planning, coordination and execution of Rely's residential and design-build projects, working with project managers, site supervisors, consultants and subcontractors to keep projects organized and moving. Nearly a decade of hands-on electrical experience and BCIT's Electrical Foundation program inform his work on documentation, scheduling, inspections and quality control.
