3802 West 22nd Ave - Custom Home & Laneway Unit
In 2022, Rely Construction demolished the existing 1926 character home at 3802 West 22nd Ave, Vancouver, and built a striking new custom two-storey residence alongside a detached laneway house, all executed per the approved IFC drawings. Throughout construction, we installed independent MEP systems, sound-rated assemblies, and separate entrances to ensure complete privacy and self-containment for each unit.
8080 Alanmore Pl - Custom Home
In 2023, Rely Construction fully demolished the existing home at 8080 Alanmore Place, clearing the way for a striking new two-storey residence complete with an attached rental suite and garage, expertly designed by LQ Design (Qi Li). Working from the IFC drawings, our team executed full-site excavation and foundation work, followed by structural framing tailored to integrate the rental suite seamlessly beneath the second-floor living space.
3019 West 6th Ave, Vancouver, BC
3019 West 6th Ave, Vancouver – Multiplex Residential Development
Demolition at 3019 West 6th Ave was completed in December 2025, with construction commencing in January 2026. The project is currently in the foundation phase, with formwork underway for the base concrete. Upon completion, this development will transform the former lot into a thoughtfully designed multiplex featuring multiple self-contained units, modern layouts, independent MEP systems, and sound-rated assemblies, all built to meet City of Vancouver zoning and building standards.

2050 SW Marine Drive - Multiplex
Nestled within the prestigious Southlands neighbourhood and anchored by the heritage-designated Wilmar Residence and coach house, the 2050 SW Marine Drive project presented a rare opportunity to blend historical restoration with contemporary civil and landscape sensibilities. Rely Construction was entrusted to deliver a site-wide transformation that respected the estate’s original Tudor Revival character while modernizing its infrastructure and outdoor environment. The result is a seamless fusion of old and new – where subtle grading, strategic hardscaping, and elegant planting design reinforce both heritage integrity and functional outdoor living.
2040 SW Marine Dr - Home Renovation
In 2021, Rely Construction collaborated with IDO Design Inc., executing a sophisticated renovation at 2040 SW Marine Dr that blends modern luxury with heritage charm. Guided by the IFC drawings, our scope included a full interior gut of select zones, structural adjustments, and the installation of a custom wine room crafted from real oak – featuring integrated shelving, climate control, and designer lighting to double as a functional showcase.

Rely Construction is transforming the former site at 3288 Waverley Avenue, Vancouver with a striking new custom single-family residence, executed according to the approved IFC drawings and scheduled for completion in 2026. This project replaces the existing structure with a highly functional contemporary home featuring an open-concept layout, multiple outdoor living spaces, and refined architectural details. Throughout construction, we are coordinating all structural, envelope, and MEP systems, ensuring seamless integration of engineered assemblies, code-compliant detailing, and long-term performance. Designed for modern family living, this custom home reflects Rely’s commitment to thoughtful planning, rigorous quality control, and delivering exceptional residential builds on Vancouver’s established neighbourhood lots.

Particles - Coffee Shop & Early Learning Centre
Currently under construction in Vancouver’s West Point Grey neighbourhood, Particles is a distinctive mixed-use project designed by Simcic Architecture Studio. Combining a coffee shop with an early learning centre, the space is modern, safe, and community-focused. Rely Construction is leading the build, ensuring seamless integration of form and function.

Premier Montessori Academy
This complete renovation of a charming older home in the heart of Burnaby is set to become the new Premier Montessori Academy, a leading early childhood education centre. Rely Construction collaborated closely with BC Building Science to engineer an advanced building envelope upgrade, enhancing energy efficiency, moisture control, and long-term durability.
1830 – 4720 McClelland Road, Richmond, BC
Yummy BBQ Restaurant Renovation
In 2025, Rely Construction completed a full interior transformation of Unit 1830 at 4720 McClelland Road, bringing to life the new Yummy BBQ restaurant in one of Richmond’s busiest commercial hubs. What began as a vacant commercial space was reimagined into a welcoming and highly functional restaurant environment, designed to meet the operational needs of both dine-in and takeout service.
2900 Smith Street, Richmond, BC
2900 Smith St - Commercial Fire Restoration
In 2024, Rely Construction completed a full commercial fire restoration at 2900 Smith Street, a multi-unit light industrial complex in Richmond, BC. The project centered around Unit #4, which sustained significant fire damage, while Units #2 and #3 also required restoration due to secondary impact from firefighting efforts. Our team was responsible for coordinating and executing a wide range of structural, electrical, and building envelope repairs across the affected units.
Heritage Train Relocation – Project Management
In the fall of 2022, Rely Construction was entrusted with managing the delicate relocation of a historic heritage train – originally built in Poland – purchased by a private collector at a City of Vancouver auction. The train had been housed inside a metal storage shed adjacent to the False Creek Public Tennis Club, a former maintenance facility and part of Vancouver’s Historic Railway infrastructure. Our scope included demolishing portions of the shed, carefully extracting the train, and facilitating its movement to the buyer’s private location.

This two-storey laneway home at 7033 Duff Street is a compact, well-planned residential build designed to maximize livability within Vancouver’s R1-1 zoning allowances. The home includes an open-concept main level with kitchen, dining, and living space, along with a dedicated carport below, and two bedrooms located on the upper floor. Thoughtful massing, efficient circulation, and integrated mechanical systems support long-term durability and energy efficiency. Currently in the design and permitting phase, Rely Construction is managing the project from early coordination through construction planning.

The homeowner’s goal was to create a private, comfortable living space for extended family right on their property, offering peace of mind and long-term value.

1988 Acadia Rd - Luxury Home Renovation
In 2021, Rely Construction undertook a comprehensive interior and exterior transformation of the residence at 1988 Acadia Rd, coordinating permitting with the UEL in Vancouver. Working closely with A Space Design Studio, LQ Design (architect), and ACS Engineering (structural engineer), we executed a full gut-renovation that extended to the pool revitalization, boiler room system upgrade, and waterproofing enhancements.
1985 Alberni St - Luxury Apartment Renovation
Nestled in the prestigious Laguna Parkside Mansions, steps from Stanley Park, this full-suite renovation elevated a spacious corner unit into a contemporary haven of luxury living. Our team replaced the existing layout with floor-to-ceiling glass French doors, engineered hardwood floors, and an open-concept kitchen featuring high-end appliances, including Sub-Zero refrigeration, Thermador cooktops, and integrated premium finishes.
