As part of Burnaby’s emerging laneway housing initiative, this project reflects how smart urban design can support multi-generational living and long-term value. From the start, Rely Construction has taken the lead on site planning, permit coordination, and construction management, ensuring every step aligns with city guidelines and the homeowner’s goals. We’re currently progressing through mechanical rough-ins, with structural and envelope work completed.
