As one of the first laneway homes approved under Burnaby’s new 2023 zoning changes, this project at 6087 Neville Street represents a big step forward for gentle density in the city – and a meaningful way for families to stay connected. The homeowner’s goal was to create a private, comfortable living space for extended family right on their property, offering peace of mind and long-term value.
