In 2021, Rely Construction undertook a comprehensive interior and exterior transformation of the residence at 1988 Acadia Rd, coordinating permitting with the UEL in Vancouver. Working closely with A Space Design Studio, LQ Design (architect), and ACS Engineering (structural engineer), we executed a full gut-renovation that extended to the pool revitalization, boiler room system upgrade, and waterproofing enhancements. A highlight of the renovation includes a serene ballet studio, a custom-built cinema room, and a climate-controlled glass wine room and bar—each featuring bespoke lighting integrated seamlessly into the design.

The kitchen was completely reimagined with a unique, large island as its focal point, surrounded by custom millwork and cabinetry crafted throughout the home. Two new fireplaces were installed alongside oak-finished closets in the bedrooms, enhancing both functionality and aesthetics. Every component, from custom lighting fixtures to the pool’s waterproofing and upgraded boiler system, was coordinated to specified standards. Partnering with ACS Engineering ensured structural integrity, particularly for modifications tied to the pool and studio ceiling, while A Space Design brought the vision to life with attention to materials, lighting, and cohesive flow .
