Currently under construction, Particles is a unique mixed-use project in Vancouver’s West Point Grey neighbourhood. Designed by Simcic Architecture Studio as a hybrid coffee shop and early learning centre, this commercial build is all about balance – inviting for families, modern in its layout, and built to rigorous standards of safety and quality. Rely Construction is managing this project from the ground up, ensuring seamless integration between hospitality and educational function. Every detail – from child-safe design elements to mechanical systems that support both kitchen and classroom needs – has been considered with care. Once completed, Particles will serve as both a cozy café for the community and a vibrant early learning space for young children.
